An ideological and cultural analysis was made to the documentary film 'Sovetskaya Kirgiziya' shot in 1947 for the memory of the twentieth anniversary of the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic. In this study, which uses discourse and content analysis methods, the text, images and sound of the documentary were examined separately. As a result of the review, it was seen that the comparison method, which was frequently used in the early years of Soviet cinema history, was also used for propaganda purposes in this film. This study aims to examine the happiness levels of individuals studying in the faculty departments of Kyrgyzstan-Turkish Manas University in terms of different variables. The research showed that there was no significant difference in demographic variables such as gender, age, residence, income of university students who participated in the study, but there was a significant difference in the department variable. While some variables do not have a significant importance in determining the happiness of university students, the department they study is an important factor in determining their happiness.

Death is one of the most important transitional periods in human life apart from birth and marriage. Among the Hamadan Turks, rituals related to death are actively carried on. The study covers the ideas about the death and the customs of the Turks of this region. The research is aimed at revealing beliefs and customs of the region's cultural life and passing them on to future generations. It has been determined that the traditional ceremonies about death in Hamadan have survived to the present days not with a pure Islamic understanding, but with a combination of ancient Turkic traditions. The aim of this study is to investigate whether there is a linear relationship between guidance counselors’ self-efficacy perceptions about special education and their attitudes towards inclusive education. The design of the study was based on the quantitative and descriptive survey research. The research group of the study consisted of 173 guidance counselors who were randomly selected among 246 guidance counselors working in public schools in Sakarya in the 2018-2019 academic year.

The article is devoted to the information coverage of 8 March International Women’s Day as a historical symbol of women’s struggle for changes in their lives and in society. We analysed the media coverage of it in Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Norway.
